3. Face Data Collection, Use, and Retention
Real Photo AI collects and processes face data when users upload images to generate avatars or create realistic images using AI models. This data is handled with strict confidentiality and security measures to protect user privacy.

a. What Face Data Is Collected:
We collect face data from the images users upload for the purpose of creating avatars or training likeness models. The face data consists of visual facial features extracted from the uploaded images.

b. How Face Data Is Used:
The collected face data is used solely to train a likeness model, allowing users to generate images based on their likeness using AI-driven prompts. The data is not used for any other purpose, such as advertising or tracking.

c. Sharing and Access to Face Data:
Face data is stored securely in Firebase and is only accessible through authenticated user accounts. The data is never shared with third parties for commercial use or sold to any external parties. The data is only processed by **Fal**, our image-processing service provider, to generate the requested avatars or likeness-based images.

d. Retention and Deletion of Face Data:
Face data (the uploaded images) is deleted immediately after it has been processed and used to generate the likeness model. We do not retain face data for any longer than necessary to fulfill the intended purpose. Once the likeness model is trained, the original images are permanently removed from Firebase.

4. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

- Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services on our behalf. For example, we use **Fal** to process images, Firebase for app usage monitoring, Google Analytics for marketing insights, and Sentry for crash reporting.
